I love getting to meet people right where they are in their life's journey, walk with them for a while, and then part ways as they move forward along the path of their choosing. We are all so unique with our own experiences, personalities, struggles, and triumphs, and we all have a story to tell. Often, when clients come in for therapy they are suffering and in a great deal of pain, and I am honored to help shoulder the burden of those struggles. I have experienced no greater reward than being able to connect with my clients, offer hope in the midst of their pain, provide them with new tools and experiences, and see them improve their lives and become happier, healthier people. I am honored to work with people on this journey.

What is psychotherapy?
I believe deeply that the foundation of therapy is the relationship
between the client and the therapist, which comes down to one person
helping another. We all experience times in our lives when we feel
stuck, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how to move forward. Therapy
offers a place where we can receive caring and support, while learning
new skills for how to manage the difficulties we are facing. Therapy
means that you don't have to face these challenges alone and that you
don't have to continue repeating the same mistakes. I believe the most
effective therapy is a co-creation between client and therapist that
assists you in reaching your goals and in creating the life you've
imagined for yourself.
